Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. Class Cancellations by Participants

If you need to cancel your class booking, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the class are non-refundable but may be rescheduled at our discretion.

No-shows or last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours before the class) will not be eligible for a refund or reschedule.
2. Rescheduling Policy

You may request to reschedule your class once (subject to availability) if you inform us at least 48 hours before the scheduled time.

Rescheduled classes must be attended within 30 days of the original booking.
3. Class Cancellations by Joel’s Bakery

In rare cases, if we need to cancel a class due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., low enrollment, technical issues, instructor availability), you will be offered:

A full refund, OR

The option to reschedule for another date.

We will notify you as soon as possible if a class is canceled.
4. Refund Policy

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

Transaction fees (if any) charged by payment processors are non-refundable.
5. Late Arrivals

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, participation may not be possible, and refunds/rescheduling will not be provided.
6. Special Conditions

If you experience an emergency, please reach out to us, and we will assess refund or rescheduling requests on a case-by-case basis.
