Catering Event Rules & Guidelines
To ensure a smooth and enjoyable dining experience for all guests, please review the following rules and guidelines for our exclusive catering event:
📅Booking & Reservations

Advance Reservation Required – All guests must book their seats at least 48 hours in advance to secure availability.

Group Bookings – For group reservations of 6 or more guests, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.

Private Dining & Custom Menus – For private events or customized menus, please book at least one week in advance to allow for menu planning and special arrangements.
🍽️ Dining Experience

Fixed Menu & Portions – The catering event follows a curated pre-set menu with carefully portioned servings. Additional servings may be available upon request at extra cost.

Seating & Timing – Guests are requested to arrive on time to fully enjoy the experience. Late arrivals may miss certain courses.

Dietary Restrictions – All dishes are gluten-free and vegan, but if you have additional dietary concerns (e.g., nut allergies), please inform us at least 48 hours prior to your reservation.
💳 Payments & Cancellations

Pre-Payment Required – Full payment must be made at least 24 hours before the event to confirm your booking.

Cancellation Policy – Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made within less than 24 hours are non-refundable.

No-Show Policy – If you fail to show up without prior notice, no refunds or rescheduling will be allowed.
📍 Event Venue & Conduct

Respect the Space – Guests are expected to respect the dining space, including seating arrangements and other attendees.

Limited Seating – Seating is limited to ensure an intimate and high-quality experience. Early reservations are recommended.

Children & Pets – Due to the nature of the event, children under 10 and pets are not allowed unless it’s a private dining experience with prior arrangements.
